As you already know, smoking is very bad for your health.
However, in today's stress-filled world, it is one of the
only good ways to relax yourself...
Regardless, the empirical evidence that smoking is related
to heart and lung disease is much more stressful than the
pressures of everyday life. Have a drink the next time
you're stressed out; just don't pick up a cigarette.
