If you are a smoker, you are at a significantly higher risk of cancer, lung, and heart disease. If you continue to smoke, these diseases will turn from risks to inevitabilities. However, by quitting smoking, you can greatly reduce the risk for such diseases. Use nicotine replacement therapy, hypnosis, or even support groups to help you kick the habit and lead a longer, happier life.
